Mattax Elected Chairman of IIPRC

Texas Insurance Commissioner David Mattax has been elected chairman of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission, the IIPRC and the Texas Department of Insurance announced. The IIPRC also selected two other new officers, tapping Virginia Insurance Commissioner Jacqueline K. Cunningham as its vice chair and Puerto Rico Insurance Commissioner Angela Weyne as treasurer.
