The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau has launched an online portal to let insurers and employers submit classification, audit inquiries and documentation to the bureau.
Until now, carriers and employers had to send inquiries through the mail. The NJCRIB said it will now respond to the online inquiries via email.
“Stakeholders are strongly encouraged to use the portal to facilitate the underwriting inquiry process,” James O'Hare, the bureau's director of underwriting, said in a bulletin.
