The California Division of Workers’ Compensation suspended 24 providers in October, bringing to 400 the total number of people who have been prohibited from charging for services provided to injured workers since 2017.
Suspension proceedings against another 28 providers are pending.
The 24 people suspended in October include a mix of physicians, nurses and business people located in California, Alabama, Nevada, Oregon and Texas.

Psychologist Sookyung Chang, of Los Angeles.
