A New York appellate court ruled that a worker injured while unloading materials for a technology competition did not assert a viable Labor Law claim. Case: Treacy v. Inspired Event Productions LLC, No. 653010/12, 03/04/2021, published. Facts: Peter Treacy was a Teamsters' Union laborer employed by Budd Enterprises Ltd.
