A Cuyahoga County judge has issued a restraining order against the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation in a lawsuit challenging the bureau’s system for setting group-rating premiums, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Wednesday.Common Pleas Judge Richard McMonagle issued the restraining order against the bureau in a lawsuit filed last year by several local businesses, including Corky and Lenny's and Linderme Tube Co.
