The Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau on Friday submitted its proposed 2025 regulatory filing to the California insurance commissioner for review.
The WCIRB is proposing to raise the threshold for experience rating to $10,800 from $10,400 to reflect wage inflation.
The filing also proposes revisions to classifications for baked goods and bakeries, sugar manufacturing and refining, vegetable oil production, nut hulling and vape juice blending.
