Mark Bilger Joins York as Chief Information Officer

York Risk Services Group has hired Mark Bilger as its chief information officer. Bilger will oversee York’s enterprise information technology infrastructure, operations, support and corporate security. He will lead the company’s technology teams and manage development of York’s technology services.
