A New York appellate court ruled that a worker’s Labor Law claim could not be decided on summary judgment because of the conflicting accounts of his accident. Case: Romano v. One City Block LLC, No. 303911/15, 10/27/2020, published. Facts: Francesco Romano suffered injuries in a fall from an unsecured ladder while working on a construction project.
