PHOENIX — Workers’ compensation medical inflation has largely been driven by increases in reimbursements for hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers, according to economist Olesya Fomenko, who spoke about inflation trends during the Workers Compensation Research Institute 39th annual Issues & Research Conference Tuesday.
