DWC's E-Filing Requirements Now in Effect

The Iowa Division of Workers' Compensation is now requiring electronic filing in contested cases using the Workers' Compensation Electronic System, or WCES. The electronic-filing mandate took effect on Monday. An e-filing account may be requested on the WCES website. There is no cost to register. Exceptions to the e-filing requirements may be requested by submitting a form to DWC.
