The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court has announced that it will be launching a new electronic filing (eFiling) program starting this summer along with time limits on how far search records will go back.
The eFiling project allows Nebraska attorneys to file petitions, answers, motions and releases of liability, but appeals to the Nebraska Court of Appeals will still only be filed through mail, fax or hand delivery.
