A health care worker at a Delaware prison infirmary is suing her former employer for alleged retaliatory firing following the death of an inmate in November.
Plaintiff Tracey Crews was a health services administrator with Connections Community Support Programs Inc., a nonprofit that provides health care services for inmates in the Delaware Department of Corrections prison system, according to the lawsuit filed in Newcastle County Superior Court.
