The North Carolina Rules Review Commission will consider a proposed regulation that would mandate electronic filing and make housekeeping changes for efficiency and consistency during a meeting Dec. 17 in Raleigh.
The Industrial Commission has proposed a change to Administrative Code Section 10A.0108 that will require claims administrators to subit documents, such as appeals of awards, applications, responses and compromise settlement agreements to the commission electronically.
