The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division had adopted a rules amendment that will reduce the state's contribution to the Employer-at-Injury program. The change to Oregon Administrative Rule 436-105 reduces wage supplements to employers who assign injured workers to transitional work to 45% from 50% of wages paid for up to 66 days of work.
