Report: Businesses Underestimate Risk of Trips and Falls

Fifty-one percent of businesses identified their entryway as the place where most slips, trips and falls occur in their building, but less than half use floor mats in other areas where falls are likely to occur, according to a survey. Rain and snow were identified as the primary cause of falls by 37% of those who responded to the survey by New Pig, a business that helps companies manage leaks, drips and spills.
