Industrial Commission Posts Rehab Rules in Spanish

The North Carolina Industrial Commission posted to its website a Spanish language version of its rules for utilization of rehabilitation professionals. The rules require injured workers to actively participate in rehabilitation and communicate regularly with the rehabilitation provider. If the provider believes an injured worker, he or she will prepare a written plan for returning to compliance.  The commission can stop weekly benefit payments to workers who refuse to comply with a rehabilitation plan.
