Widow Gets Death Benefits for Officer's Fatal Drug Interaction

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a police officer’s widow was entitled to compensation under the Emergency and Law Enforcement Personnel Death Benefits Act for her husband’s overdose death from a combination of prescribed medications.
