High Court Says Worker's Estate Can Pursue Claim for PPD after Worker's Death

A unanimous Oregon Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that a worker's claim for permanent partial disability survived his death. Accordingly, the court said, the estate of Gary Sather may prosecute the claim he filed before he died in January 2013. The case, Sather v.
