Arcadia Settlements Group Merging With Structured Financial Associates

Structured Financial Associates Inc. will merge into Arcadia Settlements Group Inc., effective Jan. 1, the companies announced.

Arcadia said it has more than 45 years of experience as a structured settlement company focusing on personal injury claims. Structured Financial Associates has more than 30 years as a full-service structured settlement planner, handling liability and workers’ compensation settlements.

“By combining, the two companies — which have operated as independent entities within Integrated Financial Services Inc. — will form the largest provider of settlement planning services in the United States,” the companies said in a joint statement.

Brad Cantwell will continue in his role as CEO of Arcadia.

Richard Regna, president and CEO of Structured Financial Associates, will become Arcadia’s president.
