DWC Accepting Comments on Proposed Changes to Income Benefit Forms

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting public comments on proposed changes to forms used to apply for supplemental income benefits and the form carriers use to notify seasonal employees and the division of a request to adjust benefits.
