A General Electric Co. lamp factory in Circleville has been cited by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for putting its workers at risk of amputation and other machine-related hazards.
The inspection of the factory in December 2015 turned up four hazards that the plant had been cited for in 2014, leading OSHA to recommend penalties of $88,000.
In particular, the plant was cited for:
