The 2nd District Court of Appeal is being asked to reconsider its decision from earlier this month finding that a civilian worker at a military base entered into the course of his employment once he was on the base.
Craig Schultz, a technical drafter for a military contractor, suffered severe injuries when his car crashed into a ditch after he passed through the entrance to Edwards Air Force Base.
