The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that Wesley G. Marshall was elected to a three-year term as chairman, effective Monday.
Marshall succeeds Commissioner Robert A. Rapaport, whose term as chairman of the WCC ended June 30.
Marshall represented plaintiffs in workers’ compensation, employment and other civil cases as an attorney in private practice for 25 years before joining the WCC in 2012.
