DWC Announces Dates for Designated Doctor Webinars

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation will hold a series of webinars in March and April focusing on maximum medical improvement and impairment rating concepts for designated doctors who are chosen by the division to resolve claim disputes. Three webinars are scheduled for March. The first webinar on March 23 will cover general issues relating to maximum medical improvement. A March 25 webinar will cover maximum medical improvement and impairment rating issues involving injuries to the spine.
