A man who ran the workers' compensation program for a nursing home in central Pennsylvania was sentenced to probation for two years and ordered to forfeit $628,450, according to a report by The Patriot-News in Harrisburg.
Paul D. Polen, 72, ran the workers' compensation program at Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lock Haven.
