The Mississippi House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved a measure that would create a dedicated fund to pay for administrating the state’s workers’ compensation system.
The House on Wednesday voted 114-2 to pass HB 547, by Rep. Chris Brown, R-Nettleton.
The bill would create the Administrative Expense Fund to finance operations of the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
