Tyson Worker's Family Files Comp Claim After Death From COVID-19

Meat and poultry giant Tyson Foods, which has seen more COVID-19 cases among employees than any other U.S. company, is now facing a death-benefits workers' compensation claim. The family of a Tyson worker at a meat-processing facility in Iowa filed the claim this week, according to a local news report. The claim says worker Kenneth Jones contracted the disease while working at the facility in Storm Lake, then died on June 3.
