A New York appellate court partially revived an injured ironworker’s Labor Law claim for injuries he allegedly sustained when a trash bin fell on his foot. Case: Sancino v. Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Nos. 11713 and 159913/13, 06/25/2020, published. Facts: Joseph Sancino allegedly suffered injuries while working at a construction site while attempting to move a wheeled garbage bin over an unfinished floor.
