Federal Court Upholds Jury's Bad Faith Verdict Against Carrier on Rehearing

A federal appellate court granted rehearing of a bad faith dispute between two insurance carriers and again upheld a jury’s award for the carrier that was an additional insured under the other’s policy and was denied a defense or indemnity.
