CWCI Holding Case Law Program Sept. 9

The California Workers’ Compensation Institute is holding its annual case law program Sept. 9. The 27th annual California Workers’ Compensation Case Law Update will cover the effect of recent trends in decisional law on the state’s comp system as well as negotiation and defense strategies for attorneys, claims personnel and hearing reps.
