Former Oklahoma Assistant Attorney General Ted Rossier, the former general counsel for the state Workers’ Compensation Commission, has filed a wrongful termination claim against the state that alleges sex discrimination, according to The Oklahoman.
The state Attorney General’s Office blamed Rossier for giving the commission incorrect legal advice on a series of nonpublic meetings, leading the Attorney General’s Office to eventually conclude the commission had violated the state Open Meeting Act. Rossier then left the Attorney General’s Office.
