Drobots Asking 9th COA to Review Immunity Claim

Drobot in a civil fraud case brought by the California State Compensation Insurance Fund will ask a federal judge on Monday to allow the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to determine whether the act of submitting a bill is constitutionally protected government-petitioning activity.The motion is one of three that will be presented to U.S. District Judge Andrew J.
