The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation's research arm plans to issue a data call to insurers in support of its analysis of the adequacy of lifetime income and death benefits.
The study was approved by Insurance Commissioner David Mattax as part of the Research and Evaluation Group's research agenda for fiscal year 2016.
