DWC Revises Rules, Forms for Independent Contractor Agreements

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has revised rules and forms regarding independent contractor agreements, in keeping with statutory changes made by the Legislature in 2019. Forms DWC 83 and DWC 84 have been revised to remind contractors that the forms no longer need to be sent to the division unless requested.
