Fee Schedule Legislation Introduced in Virginia

Republican lawmakers have introduced bills that would take Virginia off the short list of states that don't have workers' compensation medical provider fee schedules. Unlike states that base their fee schedules on Medicare rates, Virginia would use a prevailing community rate that would be calculated for six different regions.
