A Texas appellate court upheld a verdict in favor of an injured warehouseman on his claim that he had not been provided a safe environment at work. Case: AAA Cooper Transportation v. Davis, No. 05-18-00541-CV, 08/20/2019, published. Facts: Olynthus M. Davis worked for Ozburn Hessey Logistics as a warehouseman.
