New Presumption Law Covering 4 Cancers Takes Effect July 1

While other states saw firefighters marching in the streets and extensive local news coverage, Tennessee lawmakers this year quietly passed a presumption law that lists four types of cancer deemed to be work-related. Senate Bill 1442 was signed into law by Gov.
