The Missouri Self-Insurers Association told the story behind Senate Bill 66's late-session passage in a legislative report released this week.  A final version of SB 66, a hefty workers' compensation bill that contained several high-priority items for the business community, was sent to the governor's office on May 8 after passing the Senate for the second time.
