House Passes Bill to Terminate TD When Worker Is Released for RTW

The Montana State House of Representatives passed a bill that would terminate temporary disability benefits automatically when a claimant is released to return to work. The House voted 58-42 on Thursday to pass House Bill 197, by Rep. Anthony Nicastro, R-Billings.
