AssuredPartners Acquires Two More Insurance Agencies

AssuredPartners Inc. acquired two insurance firms on April 11, the eleventh and twelfth such firms Assured has purchased so far this year.Lake Mary, Fla.-based Assured acquired Landry Harris & Co., a Lafayette, La.-based insurance firm, and CBS Coverage Group, a Plainville, N.Y.-based agency. Founded in 1950, Landry Harris specializes in commercial insurance bonds, employee benefit programs and personal insurance.
