Hearing Scheduled for COLA Bills Carried Over From 2025

The California Senate Appropriations Committee is scheduled to hear a bill on Thursday that would create a cost-of-living adjustment for permanent partial disability benefits. The COLA for PPD benefits would be the same as the annual adjustment for Social Security benefits under SB 555, by Sen. Anna Cabalero, D-Fresno.
