Security Company Must Pay Restitution for Premium Fraud

A Texas security company must pay more than $51,000 in restitution after it was convicted of underreporting payroll and skimping on workers' compensation coverage. HHDP Security, which provides security guard services in Houston and Dallas, misrepresented payroll, operations and its sister company, Houston Harris Division Patrol Inc., from 2005 to 2013, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation reported.
