An advisory council to the Montana Department of Labor and Industry that was dissolved following the passage of reform legislation in 2011 has been resurrected and will hold its first meeting on June 27.The Labor-Management Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation has been reformed under an agency order of Department of Labor and Industry Commissioner Pam Bucy to encourage organized discussion of workers’ compensation public policy.
