Repeat Offender Gets $70,000 in OSHA Fines, Willful Violation for Fall Hazards

Employees of Town City Construction, of Appleton, wore harnesses during a federal safety inspection on May 20. But when the inspector returned one hour later, the workers had taken the harnesses off, Occupational Safety and Health Administration area director Mark Hysell found. This is the sixth time since 2010 that OSHA has cited contractor Hector Hernandez for putting his employees in danger of falling.
