Seasonal Worker Sentenced to Probation, Restitution After Pleading to Fraud Charge

A seasonal worker who was allegedly seen working on the same day that she denied having another job was sentenced to probation and restitution after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor fraud charge. Yeimi N. Espinoza pleaded guilty to one count of concealing or failing to disclose an event in order to receive benefits. She was ordered to pay $11,238 in restitution and ordered to complete one year of probation. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, but that was suspended pending completion of probation.
