The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited an Idaho group home for failing to provide adequate safeguards against workplace violence.OSHA said in a press release it issued a citation and is proposing a penalty of $4,900 against South Park Inc., which operates as Developmental Options in Pocatello, Idaho.
