DIR Increasing Enforcement of Face-Covering Directive

Nevada’s Division of Industrial Relations announced that the state’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration will ramp up efforts to ensure employers are complying with the governor’s face-covering directive. Gov. Steve Sisolak on June 24 issued an emergency order requiring businesses to ensure workers and customers are wearing masks to reduce the spread of the new coronavirus.
