WCD Posts Retroactive Program Bulletin

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Friday published a bulletin notifying insurers and self-insured employers of the annual increase in retroactive program benefits and methods used to calculate them. The retroactive program supplements benefits paid to eligible workers or their beneficiaries who are receiving less than what is currently paid for comparable injuries.
