Genex Acquires IME Provider Objective Medical Assessments Corp.

Genex Services has acquired Objective Medical Assessments Corp., a provider of independent medical examination and peer review services. The OMAC management team and staff will remain in place and continue to operate under the company brand, Genex said in a news release on Wednesday. OMAC President Steffen Nelson will join the Genex management team and have added responsibilities in the Genex IME business unit.
