Randall Urban worked for Wano Expediting Inc. as a delivery driver. He suffered injuries at work in February 2006.
The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation accepted Urban’s claim for various lumbar spine medical conditions, left foot drop, depressive disorder and anxiety disorder.
Despite undergoing four back surgeries, Urban continued to struggle with chronic pain. In April 2021, he applied for permanent total disability benefits.
