Supreme Court Reinstates Denial of Worker's Request for PTD Benefits

The Ohio Supreme Court reinstated the denial of a worker’s application for permanent total disability benefits. Randall Urban worked for Wano Expediting Inc. as a delivery driver. He suffered injuries at work in February 2006. The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation accepted Urban’s claim for various lumbar spine medical conditions, left foot drop, depressive disorder and anxiety disorder.
